What Is the Level Up Framework?
Developed by management consultant Ivan H. Lee, the Level Up Framework helps corporations overcome challenges that have been hindering their growth and effectiveness, enabling them to reach the next level of success.
The Level Up Framework consists of four parts:
Part 1: OBSERVE
Observe and Identify Root Problem and Causes
When a corporation faces a seemingly unsolvable challenge, the first step is to observe. We shadow team members, observe their behaviours and interactions, and interview them one-on-one to identify the root causes of the challenge.
Part 2: CONNECT
Connect Solutions to Team’s Motivation
Use Appreciative Inquiry to help the team build on past successes and give credit where credit is due. Get buy-in from the team through connecting the solution to the team’s deeper sense of vision, purpose, and meaning.
Part 3: IMPLEMENT
Implement Solutions through Infrastructure Change
Work with leaders to institutionalize the solution through an infrastructure change in the organization. This involves developing relationships, efficient systems, and processes to building organizational programs that deliver repeatable and consistent results year after year.
Part 4: IMPROVE
Measure Results and Make Adjustments
Assess how effective the changes were and make adjustments as necessary to continue encouraging growth.
